Many homeowners overlook the critical importance of expert window installation. Exclusive’s window installation team works directly for our company as employees. Most window companies pay outside contractors. With independent contractors, the window company you bought from has no quality control over the process. Are they careful in removing your existing windows? Or do they break out the glass with pieces of glass shards falling inside and outside your home? Are they covered by Workers Compensation Insurance to protect you in case of an accident while working on your property?

After you confirm an in-home consultation appointment, our experienced window replacement expert meets with you at your home. 

These are the steps for a window replacement consultation and project:

1. The scheduled consultation appointment starts with a conversation about current window issues and the style and functions you prefer for your new windows. 

2. Your Consultant will evaluate and measure all the window and door openings for your replacement project. 

3. Your Consultant recommends the brands and products that best fit the openings and your design and function preferences. Your questions are answered. 

4. Your Consultant returns to the office to prepare a custom quote for your replacement windows and sends that to you.

Most companies give a quick estimate in the home and try to convince you to “buy today.” Exclusive Windows and Doors takes a more respectful, slower approach because replacing windows and doors is an important investment to protect  your home’s value.

5. You’ll have a follow-up conversation about the estimate. Most customers schedule a visit to the Showroom to personally test the recomended windows and doors and get more questions answered before making a final decision.

6. You’ll make final selections and confirm the contract for replacement windows or doors  by making the down payment on the project. 

7. Your order is placed and you’re advised of the likely installation target date. Our team updates you when the delivery of products is confirmed and schedules a convenient installation date.

8. Our Installation Team arrives, prepares the openings for installation, properly installs, and cleans-up after installation. They assure your satisfaction before leaving the finished project.

9. You’ll make the final payment upon installation completion.

10. Your Consultant checks in with you to make sure windows and doors meet your expectations.
